Welcome to Bliss Gymnastics! We are dedicated to helping every child reach their fullest potential. Our 55 minute classes are tailored to each child's age and skill level, allowing them to experience the joy of gymnastics while learning new skills in a safe and fun environment.
We provide a comprehensive range of classes, from beginner to advanced, and our experienced coaches are here to help your child develop and hone their skills. Our goal is for every child to have the best class experience possible and feel a sense of accomplishment.
Little Flippers!
At Little Flippers, our youngest class is full of energy and enthusiasm! Our 3-5 year olds will get an introduction to the world of gymnastics, as they explore the bars, air track and more. Through our fun and engaging activities, your child will build confidence, make friends and learn incredible tricks.
Springers
Our Springers class is tailored to the needs of 6-7 year olds, providing a super fun introduction to gymnastics and the start of your gymnasts’ Bliss Gymnastics grading journey. Our classes focus on teaching basic skills and developing coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and confidence in a safe and fun environment.
Diamonds
Suitable for beginners & advanced.! Experience the joy of gymnastics at Bliss Gymnastics! Our facility offers top-tier programs and classes for toddlers, children, and advanced gymnasts, such as our highly sought-after Diamonds class - the perfect place for 8 and up gymnasts to master harder skills and have fun while building the skills necessary to potentially compete and perform.
