Our Springers class is tailored to the needs of 6-7 year olds, providing a super fun introduction to gymnastics and the start of your gymnasts’ Bliss Gymnastics grading journey. Our classes focus on teaching basic skills and developing coordination, balance, strength, flexibility and confidence in a safe and fun environment.
