Bliss Gymnastics Academy is a USAG Member. We offer classes for the following:

What we do best at Bliss Gymnastics Academy is to provide consistant coaching by keeping our groups small and striving to maintain a ratio of no more than 5 Gymnasts to 1 Coach. We provide a cleaner, healthier gym for our Gymnasts without the overcrowding of a larger gym. All of our Coaches are professionals with past Gymnastics experience and training. We provide an onsite core strengthening program to give our Gymnasts the conditioning they need to become their very best. We do all this and due to our small class sizes we can often accomplish dramatic development with far less class time.
